She acquired her real estate brokers license in 1988 and has not left real estate industry since then. She is also a long time member of several local realtors board in the Philippines, longest being PLAREB from 1989 to 1998. She was a member of h PAREB-Rizal Board of Realtors from 2006-2012. She was the Chairperson of Anti-Colorum Task Force of PAREB - Rizal Board of Real Estate 2009
