 RESA (Real Estate Service Act) R.A. 9646 has just became a law effective July 30,2009.

Article V Sec. 39 provides penalty of not less than P100T fine or imprisonment of not less than 2 years or both. For unlicensed real estate service practitioner, the penalty shall bedouble plus imprisonment.   Download a copy of RA 9646 here and its implementing Rules and Regulations  (IRR) here
